Tashie I'm so sorry the result wasn't what you hoped for.
Unfortunately I can understand how you feel. Two years ago I came off the pill because things didn't feel the same and decided we would try for a baby. I never got my period. My mum told me how she never showed positive on hpt's even when done at the dr's (so done correctly). I would think each month, 'maybe I am the tests are wrong'. It certainly plays with your head! Eventually I had a dr give me something to induce af as I just felt so horrible and pms'y all the time, which would make me think once again maybe I'm pregnant. Long story short, it didn't work and I ended up seeing a fs. I'm almost 11 weeks pregnant. I'm hoping it happens much quicker for you but wanted to let you know it can happen even when they see cysts. Now you know the problem you can deal with it and move a step closer to your bfp.
Wishing you all the best xxx

I posted in your previous thread but will post here too

Are you seeing a FS? You may have PCOS. I have PCO, not the syndrome, which means I have cysts on my ovaries, annovulation etc, but not the symptoms like hair etc. it may be worth getting checked out to see if that's the cause. Don't worry too much about the cysts at this stage, as it can be totally normal. Was the ultrasound tech able to say whether you had ovulated yet?

Ask your GP about getting a referral to one. Call as soon as you get the referral because sometimes there can be a long wait. How long have you been trying? And have you always had irregular cycles?

I've always been on time with my AF that's why I got my hopes up because I have missed two months which has never ever happened before

No, not at all!! It may be a little harder to get pregnant, but it sure as heck doesn't mean you can't have kids
There is plenty of women on BB who have PCO or PCOS that already have kids. If you are having regular cycles (usually) that is a great start. When you see a FS they will decide what the best treatment will be for you and you can start from there

Who diagnosed you with PCO? Why was it investigated? Did they explain the implications when they told you that you had it?

PZ has a DD and is currently pregnant so PCO does not mean you can't conceive!

I was diagnosed with pco during an ultrasound after dd1 but still went on to have two children and no longer have any signs of the pco after further unltrasounds after ds.

Like Lenny said, I have PCO (among other fert issues). It took 22 months to conceive my now 12 month old DD. we did have 3 m/c during that time, but that wasn't really related to PCO at all, so don't worry about that. I'm now accidentally pregnant with our second, I never thought that sort of thing would be possible for me. PCO is a hurdle but can be managed and loads of women go on to have children I would suggest getting a referral to a fertility specialist if you can, they'll help treat the PCO and work towards getting you fat and round

Aww thank you all guys =] and the ultrasound tech told me and that I will have to talk to my doctor about it some more. He said that's probably why I can't loose weight no matter what I try as well
